SUSTAINABILITY

All our manufacturer’s products carry the Forest Stewardship Council (FCS) certificate which means they originate from forestries committed to environmentally and socially responsible logging.

Timber is harvested using clean felling practices which don’t lead to any reduction in oak forests and our manufacturers work closely with local groups to ensure sustainability at every stage of the process.

100 percent of the wood waste generated in the manufacture is recycled, sawdust and wood chips are either burned for heating kiln dryers or pressed into briquettes for home heating. There are no harmful emissions during production.

INSTALLATION

Our parquet flooring is simple to lay and uses a traditional tongue and groove installation system. All you need is a clean, level surface to glue it to.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

With its high-resistance, antibacterial protective surface treatment, our wooden flooring is easy to clean and maintain. Just a quick Hoover and mop with our floor cleaner is all it needs for day to day cleaning.

If cared for correctly your flooring will never need to be fully sanded and refinished, it will just need reoiling every few years, depending on the level of traffic. This simple DIY process involves applying the renewer oil directly over the old finish.

And if you ever get a scratch, we have colour matched wax fillers available to restore your floor’s original finish.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Our standard delivery is within 5 working days and costs from £25. We also offer a 48-hour Express service as well as international delivery. Samples are sent out by Royal Mail post (you can have 3 for free).

If you change your mind about your order, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days for a full refund.
