SUSTAINABILITY

All our manufacturer’s products carry the Forest Stewardship Council (FCS) certificate which means they originate from forestries committed to environmentally and socially responsible logging.

All our timber is harvested using clean felling practices which don’t lead to any reduction in oak forests and our manufacturers work closely with local groups to ensure sustainability at every stage of the process.

100 percent of the wood waste generated in the manufacturing is recycled, sawdust and wood chips are either burned for heating kiln dryers or pressed into briquettes for home heating.

We’re also careful to ensure there are no harmful emissions created in the manufacturing process. Our thorough testing shows that emissions of volatile substances from our engineered flooring similar are to those of natural wood.

INSTALLATION

Our engineered wooden flooring is simple to lay and uses a traditional tongue and groove installation system. All you need is a clean, level surface. You can either glue it to the subfloor or leave it ‘floating’ so it’s just held in position by the weight of the floor itself.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

With its high-resistance protective surface treatment, our wooden flooring is easy to clean and maintain. Just a quick Hoover and mop with our detergent is all it needs for day to day cleaning.

And if you ever get a scratch, we have colour matched wax fillers and refinishing kits available to restore your floor’s original look.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Our standard delivery is within 5 working days and costs from £25. We also offer a 48-hour express service as well as international delivery. Samples are sent out by first-class post (you can have 3 for free).

If you change your mind about your order, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days for a full refund.
