Great company - they actually phoned through to check we had the right dimensions. Really super service

Delivery company lost items after a change in address. Following this, the delivery company informed us of delivery via text but did not attempt any delivery on 2 or 3 occasions. The CFC sorted it out in the end after I called. The delivery company was poor tbh and I would get to the bottom of it if I was a company that used them. Overall, this review is the whole experience.

Very helpful when contacting by phone. All my questions were answered at the time. Delivery is 3-5 working days and I had an email telling me order was despatched and an email was going to be sent by Speedy on day of delivery. However, that was not sent and it just turned up. Would be helpful to have a notification day before, as unit is not always manned. Other than that, service was very good.

Super helpful. Great advice and communication. The product is beautiful. I can’t wait to see it in our wee bathroom. The only reason for not giving the five stars was the delivery. We paid for the fastest delivery. But it didn’t arrive on time.

Beautiful flooring, lovely finish, perfect for our bathroom renovation. Stylish but warm underfoot and looks great with the marble tiles. Very easy to purchase, with everything you need to install it. Highly recommended!

We decided to try the antelope vinyl in our new bathroom. The plain colour is lovely and works well to enhance our bathroom scheme. It also feels much warmer underneath our feet than tiles. It was also quicker and less costly/messy than tiling the floor. The mistake however, and this might be because I didn't read the FAQ's properly, although I read them a few times, is that, we laid them over new flat insulation/sound proof boards. In a few places, although it's subtle, you can feel/see the ridges where the boards meet which is annoying. Our fitter said we should have screeded over the boards before laying the vinyl. For plain vinyl, with no pattern, you need the floor surface to be absolutely perfect. Also we bought the recommended glue but our fitter used his own glue as he said the glue wasn't suitable for the boards. So we have a tub of fairly expensive unused glue. We have another bathroom and will definitely buy vinyl from this company again, as it is a nice product and looks lovely but we will screed over the boards first.

Fast and helpful delivery and such a great range of flooring types and colours. Having moved recently we are now on to 2 new vinyl colours after several in our last home. It’s good quality, hard wearing and looks great.

The order was delivered in time and secure on a pallet. This is my third order of this flooring and it looks lovely.

I ordered samples from The Colour Floor Company. They came very quickly and were of a good size. Whilst the colours were not a close enough match for the project I would certainly try them again with a view to a potential purchase.

Good quality product, efficient delivery. Only 4 stars because our fitter had difficulty fitting it in our small odd-shaped bathroom - he says the vinyl is unusually thick. Not a fault of the flooring company, except perhaps more information needed on the website for non-experts? Also, we might not have chosen the very bright yellow if the sample pieces had been larger!

I received helpful guidance in finalising my choice of Corka flooring. Delivery was very quick. It was expertly laid by a company from CFC's recommended installers list. But this is the best bit: the flooring is fantastic! I'm hoping for many years, trouble free, of it just sitting there, magnificently.

The vinyl I purchased was a little ambiguous in colour (I didn't order a sample) absolutely no problem in exchanging it. Amazing customer service. They were happy to exchange it, arranging the courier to pick up & drop off the new colour I ordered. Fantastic!

Had rubber flooring laid in our bathroom and kitchen during the renovation of our house unfortunately our underfloor heating isn’t working so we need to replace the floor. Went down to the warehouse today and Harry was super helpful sorting me out with some replacement flooring straight away, even made me a coffee and gave me a discount as were replacing the rubber. Couldn’t recommend the product or the company anymore - super helpful and quick on both occasions we’ve used them.

Have received my samples and they look great. The Royal Mail delivery is a bit hit and miss but not these guys fault. The product looks great. Ordering shortly

I've a multi room project under construction and the need for samples is paramount to keep track of preferences. Rapid receipt and quality higher than expected make choices easier for later stages as this is time saving when due to be needed which this company was helpful to provide, so five stars is easily applicable.

Was looking for a good choice of colours; was recommended Colour Flooring Company and have not been disappointed. Had exactly what I needed, and it was delivered on time and with robust packaging both to the flooring and the adhesive.

It’s when things don’t go well that you really know what good customer service is. We were having problems with our delivery and Jim bent over backwards to help us, in constant touch with updates and put in place a contingency plan just in case. Excellent!

Good, helpful service overall. Just a little confusion about the quantity we needed to buy. We managed to find someone to lay the floor and that went well. A bit nerve racking as this flooring is completely new to our experience of home flooring but very happy with it. It looks wonderful and is so easy to keep clean.

Floor is great but the wrong flooring was delivered, unfortunately with the right label. Getting the correct flooring delivered was a long, stressful and quite a random process of being passed from staff member to staff member to delivery firms. Delivery is pallet street only but for the pick up of the wrong floor my wife almost pulled her back helping the driver as he was on his own.

The vinyl flooring is lovely, in colour and quality. The fitter remarked several times on both of these points. The reason I have given five stars, though, is for customer service. We ordered three different colours, which were confirmed and invoiced by CFC; but only two different colours were sent. A telephone call and an email were all that were needed to arrange prompt collection of the surplus roll and delivery of the correct one. Warehouse/logistics errors sometimes occur- that is an unfortunate aspect of large-scale distribution. But it is how a company rectifies errors that speaks about their commitment to customers. I would highly recommend CFC because of this, and ask that the owners of the company acknowledge the polite, courteous and professional young lady with whom I spoke. She is a credit to the company.

We’ve had a second great experience with the Colour Flooring Company. We used the vinyl flooring in our bathroom a couple of years ago and loved it so much we decided to use it in the kitchen when we renovated it. We ordered China Blue Vinyl. The flooring was delivered speedily. Our fitter was impressed with the quality and fitted it so that the join is nearly invisible. It looks and feels fantastic and is so easy to clean.

I’ve got your Sage vinyl in my bathroom, your Mildmay grey rubber in my son’s bedroom (he is asthmatic so it’s perfect) and now I’m saving up to transform my kitchen and side return with your lovely cork. Cant wait!

I like this product, however the edges in some places very slightly crack of when clicking together. This wouldn’t be a big deal but it reveals a tiny bit of darker cork so it does show up. Secondly, I spoke to somebody on the phone before making my order and he didn’t mention that there was a promotion on the day, when I put my order in I noticed directly after ordering that there was a 10% discount offer that day - I immediately contacted the firm by email asking if the discount could be applied and they didn’t even acknowledge my email. This is a bit disappointing in terms of customer service and makes it unlikely that I will use them on my next project. EDIT I was contacted after the event and received an apology and the 10% discount was applied. We have got used to the flooring and although I still have issues with the edges, everyone else seems to like it.

I started looking at cork flooring online and there are so many companies to chose from and decisions to make it just seemed so incredibly difficult so I kept putting it off. Luckily my friend recommended the Colour Flooring to me and it made the whole process so simple. They have a small selection of really high quality cork in really nice colours. They sent samples to me overnight and then delivered the flooring a few days later. So painless. Thank you.

We ordered a small amount of vinyl, and it was the exact colour that was advertised. As it was only a small amount for an ensuite there was correspondence from The Colour Floor Co. to see if it was the right amount needed. Delivery was prompt in spite of the current situation. Apart from delivery costs which were a little high in my opinion but I was happy to pay as it was exactly what we were looking for.

The samples I ordered came quickly and the final selection of floor was delivered and is now down, good to have a cork floor that looks modern and feels warm.

We found out about this Company from a family friend Who had used the vinyl floor and said it was amazing quality. We have bought some for one bathroom and are about to place an order for another. The colour choice is limited but great for our colour schemes. Customer services are really quick to respond and nothing is too much trouble. Premier product that green with a service to match.

We got some grey Corka from the Colour Flooring Company last December to put in our porch. We took the easy route and laid it directly on our existing flooring. It was so simple, we managed to do it in a day. It cuts really easily and clicks together nicely. Not only does it look great but it seems to be holding up very well to water, mud and everything else that gets trodden in. The fitting instructions on the website were clear and concise. Overall great experience and great product.

I ordered the black carbon rubber flooring for our bathroom and we just love the finish and quality. We found the service amazing and would highly recommend this company. We are now about to order some white vinyl for our attic room.

Ordered and received samples beginning of December 2019 ... arrived in a couple of days ... (ideally samples would have had an 'joining edge' on them so that I could see how the joining system worked) but otherwise enabled me to see what the 'pattern/texture' looked like ... ordered Corka waterproof cork floor for my shower room the same day and my order arrived within a couple of days. The order was well packaged and in good condition. Opened and inspected and left to acclimatise ... for 2 months! Finally got around to fitting the floor yesterday using the detailed instructions on the website ... sealed joins in areas likely to get wet - and used - 7-17mm Dural Aluminium Flexible Floor Border Profile (TRB) - see my review for Trimtraders&Tiles - to cover the edges around the shower tray/and where the cork couldn't fit under the skirting board and allow for a covered expansion gap. Found TCFC to be very helpful and communicative ... and the ordering system on their website to be easy to use. Very pleased.

We are absolutely thrilled with our rubber flooring. The quality is excellent as was the service. We used one of the recommended fitters – David Flack, who is top notch. The job was by no means easy as we wanted rubber flooring across the whole top floor (four rooms and hallway) and the levels of the rooms were different. This was no problem for David who is extremely professional, personable and trustworthy – he had keys to the flat and completed the job while we were away.

These guys were so helpful when we ordered the wrong amount of cork. They bent over backwards to sort out the additional stock within a very tight deadline. Super grateful!

Excellent all round Very good customer service in terms of sending samples, ease of ordering online and speedy delivery of floor covering. The choice of colours is excellent and eco friendly products is such a refreshing change from the run of the mill ranges typically supplied. I wasn't sure about cork - I was worried it might be a bit unusual looking but a few people recommended this company so I sent off for some samples and really liked them. We put the Lasca in our daughters bedroom and it looks great.

We decided to lay the Bacana White cork in our kitchen and have been really pleased with the look and also how warm it feels underfoot in the mornings. We.managed to fit it ourselves and are now thinking of putting it down in the sitting room too when budget allows!

I just put some Springfield Yellow in my garden office and honestly I can’t tell you how delighted I am with it. I was working to a really tight schedule as my builders were off to another job and the lady on the phone quickly and efficiently just sorted everything out for me. The colour is gorgeous, it brightens my mood every time I look at it and it works so well with underfloor heating that half the time I find myself working on the floor. I could not be more delighted with the floating cork flooring I ordered from this company. It is absolutely stunning, and looks like a single roll of cork as the joins are almost invisible. The fitter said the joints were a bit tricky, but he managed in the end. It has a very durable finish – looking close up at the sample tile I was worried beforehand that this might make it look plasticky, but it doesn't at all – it feels and smells beautiful, and is warm, quiet and slightly springy underfoot (it's in a bedroom). It looks clean and modern but also fits well with our older furniture. The price is reasonable for the product and the service was excellent – the phone was answered immediately when I had a question, and delivery was quick.

I chose The Colour Flooring Company because the quality and colour choice of the vinyl flooring was great. I made my choice, ordered it and received it within a couple of days. The flooring person I used to lay it in my bathroom expressed to me that he had laid it before and the quality of the vinyl was excellent. It has now been down for a year and still looks great. It cleans up really well and so far I haven’t got any marks on it that cannot be removed. Thank you Colour Flooring for a fabulous quality look.

Lovely flooring done for my bathroom, superb modern look comparing to most high street shops selling 'marble stone' fake patterns. It looks very clean and gives new, fresh touch. Incredibly friendly. Delivery very quick and efficient. On this occasion delivery was incredibly prompt and the rubber roll arrived much quicker than expected which was perfect for the job. I have this flooring in the bathroom and kitchen and love the look. One word of warning is to find an experienced fitter for it as it is terribly unforgiving if fitted by a novice!

Bought this flooring 3 years ago - little sign of wear and colours still bright. We use it in our office (small business) and suggest using clear hard plastic mats t to protect the flooring from office chairs wheels - from IKEA! However flooring is quite resilient and any marks quickly "self heal"

From the outset the staff were extremely helpful responding to my numerous questions. I chose the triangular rubber tiles which I have now had fitted in my bathroom. They look modern and funky and have completely transformed the space. The quality is very good and I would definitely recommend this company and their products.

We recently bought and laid some of the Colour Flooring Company's rubber triangle tiles (as well as some of their vinyl sheet flooring). The customer service was excellent and the staff always helpful and quick to respond to queries - but more importantly the flooring looks great. We're really pleased with the triangle flooring tiles - we've got them in two rooms (one in two colours and one with three colours) they make for a real statement floor and add vibrant colour. Can't fault the vinyl. I originally bought some for my bathroom and when I needed new flooring for my kitchen, Colour Flooring Company were my first choice. My only criticism would be when they dispatch your order there is no delivery date on the email and you need to chase the courier company yourself for details.

I have had to speak to the customer service multiple times due to my own errors and mistakes in ordering, every time they were prompt and understanding. Well and truly service with a smile! Not only that but the flooring arrived quickly and was of excellent quality, I am an interior architect and have often worked with vinyl products and these products are of the highest quality, very thick, easy to lay and a great even finish. After searching on Google I found exactly the colour vinyl i was looking for on Colour Flooring's website. The ordering process was smooth and hassle free and our order arrived on time. Being able to get a few free samples to select from was very helpful and they make great drinks coasters afterwards. Sam, the fitter recommended by Colour Flooring, was punctual, friendly and very keen to fit our flooring with the best finish possible. He even came on Easter Sunday to finish the job. Before I placed my order I called and emailed a few times for clarification and advice and each time you were so helpful and friendly. Once ordered, the product was despatched promptly - it was difficult for the delivery man and me to get it inside as it was soooo heavy - but now it's down and it looks AMAZING! It's surprisingly soft and warm underfoot. I had great fun asking the recommended fitters how much experience they'd had with black rubber too...! Thrilled with my vinyl flooring,had it laid by local fitters, ordered the pebble grey for my bathroom and it is perfect. Really warm under feet, suggest not to use bath board on floor, would definitely recommend and would use in other areas of my house. Ie. Kitchen next

The bright yellow rubber flooring I bought is excellent quality. The website works very well. I did have to phone the co to help me work out the square metreage, and was disappointed I could not just place my order over the phone, there and them - instead I was asked to do it online. I think systems should adapt to what the customers want, not just what suits the business. Otherwise - great product. Recommended!

We have just had our rubber floor laid from the Colour Flooring company. The company were very helpful in answering all our questions. Flooring was delivered quickly. We used their fitter Sam to lay the floor. He has done a great job and the floor looks even better than expected.

Great flooring and service. The only thing to consider is the cost of fitting it - including preparing the sub floor etc which is a lot more expensive than I had thought.

We ordered and received our flooring very quickly and also used the company's site to find a floor fitter. However, we then realised that we had ode red the wrong size flooring. The company was extremely helpful, allowing us to return the original flooring, and exchange for the new and correct size.

Installed flooring 6 months ago after fitting new kitchen. Product stood up well to the difficulties associated with fitting after units. Placed directly onto a reasonable concrete floor. Looks good Has had a lot of use with children and a new puppy. Flooring is durable and easily washed (we use Dr Schutz cleaning product). Still looking good. Definitely warmer than stone (we do not have underfloor heating). Very pleased!!

Good service and a year later the orange vinyl remains absolutely fantastic. Hard wear in farm kitchen, cleans brilliantly with a steam mop. Really love the strong colour and lack of pattern/ glitter/ swirl.

I've bought from this company twice. In both cases, the products were excellent. On the first purchase, communication and despatch was top notch. The second time, they had a supply problem that took some time to resolve. Their communication about this wasn't always clear, causing me some inconvenience and delays. But the end result is great.

Finally have our rubber floor fitted, and it is lovely. When I spoke to them several times about purchasing the right size, delivery and also fitting they were very helpful. I would have liked a little more detail on the use of underfloor heating with the flooring, but otherwise very happy indeed.

A high quality product. Packaging was not great - arrived open at both ends so knife had fallen out, but it was quickly replaced. The one thing which would make me more likely to use the company again would be if the flooring came in wider sizes.

I found the colour flooring company website easy to use. Sent sample promptly. Decided to pick up vinyl directly. No clear directions available and the person on the phone gave out misleading directions even when I was on the industrial estate. Eventually found the unit after 3 phone calls. The quality of the product is great and now it's installed I am very happy with it.

I wanted floor coverings for my wc and bathroom. I did not want any patterns just a selfcoloured quality floor covering but that was hard to find untill I discovered The Colour Floorind Company. I was not dissappointed. A great range of colours, thick superb flooring and the minimalistic look I was seeking. Very easy to lay, no tile adhesive , grout and all that as you have with tiles. I would highly recommend these floor coverings.

Had the floors down a couple of months now and still get a smile on when I enter each of the rooms. great quality lino.

Antelope colour vinyl looks great - colour is sort of 'invisible' if that makes any sense. Trouble was finding someone who could fit it properly. Had a recommendation via website but we have an air bubble in the piece that has been attached to the bath panel. Fitter came back to re-do but it has come back and i haven't done anything about it yet. The sun hits the spot and i suspect that is the problem- expansion due to heat. Not really sure whether to start over again with a a new panel. Bit expensive to do that including labour costs.

I bought the flooring because there is no competition. I do not object to the company filling a gap in the market and bearing in mind it is a niche product the price is to be expected. I found it frustrating that I couldn't buy a 4m width; had I been able to there would have been less wastage. I also had trouble finding a fitter in my area because colour flooring is not like standard vinyl. I advise anyone considering a purchase to find a fitter first. Delivery, was one day later than expected, the explanation not being entirely clear. However, I am satisfied with the floor and it looks very good.

The site is clearly a few notches above your average flooring site and offers a straight forward purchasing experience. The fact that they hold stock is really useful as it allows one to make choices closer to install date. They were also accommodating of our needs and replied to enquiries. Highly recommended outfit

The product was ordered on line and delivered all as requested and in good time. The communication with the Colour Flooring Company was efficient, helpful and unproblematic. The rubber floor looks very smart and as anticipated from the website. I have no complaints other than I had to order the adhesive and floor leveling materials from a different company as the products advised and purchasable from the Flooring company were both expensive and were only available in large quantities and not suitable for the small area of coverage needed for my job.

The customer service received was excellent and I am very happy with the two colour choices (Rachel's Point & Butterfield Green) for use in a bathroom & ensuite. My only comments is that when wet the floor is extremely slippery and might advise limiting this to living areas.

I ordered on a Friday and my floor was with me the next Wednesday. Staff very helpful in providing samples, advising on delivery dates. The only drawback is having to over order sqare metres to account for the 180cm widths , but I am sure I can find another project to use the large offcut ! Its a little slippery when wearing socks but the colour is great and has given the desired effect in my shower room. I had a bad experience with another flooring company and turned to Colour Flooring Co to finish off my project and they couldn't have been more helpful.

Perhaps mine was a unique request - I am an artist working on large-scale charcoal drawings. I needed a fine surface for a five-square-metre drawing board - your white vinyl was perfect.

Our rubber floor from Colour Flooring Company is great. We went for De Beauvoir Grey which is a lovely colour and just what we were looking for. No complaints with the flooring - just make sure your sub floor is perfect as the rubber flooring shows every flaw. And be careful with putting anything heavy on it as - understandably - marks are easily left.

We bought some rubber flooring as an alternative to tiles in our shower room. It looks great, is easy to clean and is much warmer when padding around bare foot than tiles would have been. I would recommend getting a professional to lay the flooring rather than trying to do it yourself.

On ordering your Carbon Rubber flooring, I was immediately informed, via email from Helen, that you were awaiting a delivery and my order would take a couple of weeks to arrive, also that you would let me know asap when it would be despatched. Again, I was contacted straight away and was told when the flooring would be delivered and that my instructions, if I was away from home, would be expressed to the courier. I love the floor but my local carpet/floor fitters really let me down and it took about 5 months to sort. List of problems endless but mainly due to cutting short and it all having to be re done.

My new orange Tigerlily hall floor greets me every time I go in and out and it has cheered up my drab old space. it feels and looks warm, is easy to clean and has been much admired. Why go boring when you can choose pure, exciting colour? Where can I put some more Colour Flooring..? Bathroom and kitchen next!

Would recommend this company for flooring as they were very quick with samples, and excellent range of products.

Love the product. My only two reservations are - its still feels quite expensive for what it is. Especially the extras like the glue etc Be great if they could do smaller sizes, we've got loads left as a we had a small area. Out fitter did have to work quite hard as well to get it smooth. My only other minor quibble is that it takes a while to arrives. Be great if it could be next day. But all in all great product and service.

grate stylish flooring, easy to maintain and clean . however it would be better if comes in a wider size roll. not 2m but at list 3-4 for larger kitchen ( we had to join to roll and it shows .

Sadly couldn't afford rubber but very happy with vinyl.The colour is as vibrant and lovely as it looked online and it feels really nice underfoot. I asked for a recommendation to have it fitted and was very pleased with the result. Current;y saving for kitchen floor in either vinyl or rubber. Just need to decide on a colour.

Can't recommend the vinyl flooring highly enough - although as it was only laid a couple of months ago I'll have to reserve judgement on how it wears, but it's a high quality product so I have great hopes for it. The colours on offer are great but would be lovely to see some more options. I spoke to someone in the office to get advice on maintenance and had my questions answered immediately. The vinyl was delivered on the promised day which is always a relief! It isn't the cheapest flooring but it's worth every penny and looks fantastic.

Love the colour choices, that it's clean, modern and fresh-looking. Ideal to brighten up otherwise ordinary looking (especially small) places. Totally recommend.

Sent for a number of colour samples. Was very impressed by the contemporary block colours and the sheer quality of the vinyl - way better than in the standard retail chains. Have fitted dove grey vinyl to my contemporary Scandinavian style bathroom, and it looks really great. Very sturdy, warmer than tiles, easy to clean. Really impressed with the whole experience, including quick delivery.

I saw this flooring in a magazine several years ago and put it in my scrap book as we had planned to one day build a house. In the meantime I showed my sister the advertisement and she went ahead and ordered the flooring for her bathroom. It looked great and worked so well and I had the added bonus of being able to try before we bought. When we came to planning our schemes I chose two different colours, one for each bathroom. I guess the only frustrating thing was that when we actually came to order (some time later) the colours I had chosen were discontinued. I could not fault the team at colour flooring though as they hunted high and low for any end of rolls that might be enough. In the end the colours I chose and had fitted are really great. I love that it is soft under foot, works well with underfloor heating and is really easy to clean. One bathroom is small enough not to have any joins which is a bonus. I think there will be more orders coming from this area as a lot of my friends have admired the flooring! Thank you.

Really helpful company - was very helpful trying to find a fitter in the area and then when a second lot had to be ordered they did their best to deliver quickly - well within the 7 days which it states on the website.
